Its kinda strange that you probably live less than 5 miles away and your d/l speeds are crap compared to mine. I just resynched and it seems I have 256kbps up also. Urg you look to be in WoW territory...cant you get service from them?
Hrmmm...I thought I read somewhere that they were going to offer "optional" upgrades to 256kbps up for $3 more a month. Is this supposed to be a "free" upgrade? I BETTER NOT see another $3 or so tacked onto the bill next month.
