defragment and get fat32 if you on ntfs or switch to widows 2k another method ctrl+del close everything your suername is runnign including explorer now click run pick mad onion click ok it will only run mad onion and nothign else now right click amd onion proccess set it to widnows 2k emulation and set priority to realtime hope that helps

I defrag a couple of times a week, but why use FAT32? I have the last time stamp turned off in NTFS, is there something else that would cause NTFS to be slower than FAT32?
