Cable companies lying? Say it aint so!

I've had the Dish Network for a year now and do not miss cable and their high prices one bit. Make the switch people you'll be glad you did.

Ok, I can get 2000k/384k, or a clunky install and 900k/24k with satellite. Why don't I go back to dial-up, it was 4k faster in the upload aspect.

Use Satellite TV and cable internet (or go DSL if available). You may pay an extra "tax" to the cable company to do this, but the end result is still worth it.

No one says you need to use satellite for everything. Just use it for TV and get DSL or stay with cable for broadband.

That's exactly what my family is doing. We have Dish Network for TV, and ATTBI for cable internet.

Ditto for me also. Dish TV and cable internet. I wish wireless internet or DSL was available here though.

Well I like Dish Network but right now I get Basic Cable for only 20bucks a month from Comcast through my HOA. Right now I wouldnt leave my cable since I get pretty much everything in basic for 50% off, Cant go wrong with that. When they start going up then I will switch.
