The reason why Pro doesn't have an SLA? Subtract the price of Commuter from Pro and then you will have your number of reasons why it doesn't have an SLA.

I thought broadband commuter is a subset of "CCIS lite" in which you would get prioritized packets?
Also for some odd reason some of my traces go through isp.comcastbusiness.net (like DSLR).

Comcast commercial subscriptions give you partially different routing (they better, for the bux!). I couldn't find anyone who could tell me the specifics, though I didn't really try that hard. It's pretty likely you'd have the same CMTS, and maybe even the same path to the gateway.

Comcast Pro has exactly the same routing any comcast silver etc. Comcast Business is a little different, the routing to the CMTS is the same but after that traffic is routed out over the comcastbusiness.net network.
