Adelphia HSI → Re: Loudon/VA is it fixed thread..

I called to report this to Adelphia last week. They said they would call to schedule a truck to come out as it was the first they heard of it. Im not in any hurry and no one has called but to say no one knows about the "drop-offs" is a little disheartening as I know many folks in my area have complained, folks in Winchester VA and Front Royal VA too.

Of note--
Since early this morning only have dropped off 3 times. Usually it is 3 times per hour.

Other note --
I will say that I am impressed with the speed increases in my area. I am very happy and have been very patient for this to be fixed. The saying is true, "the longer you wait for something, the nicer it is when you have it." kudos to those instrumental in providing the fixes.
