<description><![CDATA[SanFrancisco posted : I'm not shocked that they reported such a loss considering the shape of the economy. When the merger went through both companies were riding high but the stock prices have dropped a lot since then. At that time the merger was worth 167 billion dollars I think and now the company is worth 83 billion dollars a big drop. I got to hand it to Steve Case though cause he saved his company with the merger.
