iCH for example works fine for me. I would examine the information closely. I noticed the phrase:

Caution Release 2.0 is not backward-compatible with Release 1.xx.

If ICH is working fine for you, then you must be using 2.14 or higher version already. The version info is displayed on the bottom left of your config page
