YMMV on this one. Since you don't sign an annual contract, they can jack your rate back up as soon as they discover this.
At that point I would point them at the email that they sent me (see above) and if they still didn't follow through, then cancel. I asked in good faith, they answered. Now whether or not they sign someone else up YMMV....
