Its not bad speed wise. Only 200Kbps more on Roadrunner, with 128kbps more upload. I still love my 1.8/256, better than dialup anyday :)

speed feels the same for normal browsings, i don't do a whole lot of downloading here, streaming video content is a bit more "sluggish" at high quality than on ool...

doesn't matter what modem you use... RoadRunner caps all subscribers to 2000/384.. so your 280 Kb is right around the cap..
