You have an RF problem. Your modem is not syncing up.
This has nothing to do with provisioning.

If thats so why does the alternate modem sync up and mine not?
A tech has tested lines and verified well within specs. If you believe its not a provisioning error what errors would I see if it were. I'm suposed to have a Charter Business account but instead I get a Charter Bullshit Account.
