This has open the door for regulation of all telecomunications companies offering voice on thier network.
I want to see a so called clec set up their own satelite communication down link in a neighborhood and tap into the cable networks to provide me with a better flavor of programming and cheaper prices ! I am tire of these monopolies!

Satellite latency is too high.

Satelite not for broadband but for tv programming! I want a company sort of like at&t or wcom to com in and provide me with programming instead of these dam monopolies
