Well, you're entitled to your opinion of course. But blanket statements like yours are of no value because they are biased and don't paint an accurate picture of the level of service. For example, I live in Alabama, and my service is great, but based on your comments I suppose my service should be crappy.
Maybe a better way to phrase your opinion would have been to say: "Based on my experience Charter Pipeline is Crap."

How much were you paying? For about $95/month I get every Basic Cable, Expanded Cable, Digital Cable, and Digital Movie Channel along with the fastest level of Pipeline.
When I formerly had Bellsouth FastAccess, if memory serves, I paid about $38/month from telephone service, and an additional $50/month for Fast Access. So I was paying about $88/month for roughly the same speeds as I receive with Charter.
So, for only $8 more than Bellsouth I get every channel Charter offers. In my book that’s a pretty good deal.
