Did you try to run the packet sniffer?

i think the problem stoped now on its own....

some times it's still a bit active, but not as much as it was... now i have problems with msn.

video convos work some times and some other times it doesnt work.. im using UPNP thing on the router and its intalled on the computer... i opened all the ports needed.. and it still keeps on failing some times... its really weird... either this router sux, or netgear needs to put out a new firmware...
