They told me that my date would be Apr 25 and the carrier would be Verizon.  hrmm.  same speed as I had before? We'll see I guess.<br><br>OK--just got off the phone with Telocity, rep stated that I would be getting ADSL with 640/90.   BLECH! <description><![CDATA[eSteve posted : Well, I spoke with Telocity this AM, and am supposed to have Verizon come to my house April 20th to get my outside wiring done.  In the meantime, they are sending me the new modem, and the package to return my gateway.  If this all comes off on schedule I'll be impressed.  I'll also be impressed if I get close to the "up to" 1.5/128 speeds.<br><br>Good luck to the rest of you. <description><![CDATA[Frank posted : it means that we can still synch with our old northpoint lines but we just have no internet access.<br><br>not everybody is getting switched to rhythms, i think i might be getting switched to verizon (640/90).  if that happens, screw telocity! i'm going to switch to verizon completely I guess.<br><br>I just hope that cable modems come to my area within the next few weeks so i dont have to put up with telocity or DSHELL anymore.]]></description>
