best store to buy a DSL splitter?

anyone know where I can buy a good DSL splitter in the local stores? The outdoors kind, that install into the Telco Box.

couldn't find any at the local stores, so I bought one at HomeTech Solutions for 50 bucks.

Hippo is cheaper(35.00) but they don't have them in stock.
