3-29 NP circuit went down
4-1 Ameritch tags a new circuit, but the tech fails to let the proper people know the line is tagged.
4-6 2nd Ameritch visit to re-tag the line
4-11 Rhythms tech comes out and switches over to the new line.

After my client called to tell me that Rhytms finished up, I pinged their router - Success - VPNed in and reset their workstations to point to the router and bingo they're zipping along again.

Speed test: 371 Up 364 Down. The original service with NP was 384 ADSL.
