No Telocity dial backup

It seems kinda lame that a company with such unreliable service should at least offer a dialup backup with more than 60 minutes a month. It sounds like most people here with consistent outages last several days.

if you are experiencing down time related to the NP issue, there are many local dialup numbers you could call.

Nope. In my case, it's just typically Telocity/Verizon unreliability. I lose service about once or twice a month usually for about 1 hour. The last outage was about four days.
