Low Fat Broadband → Still too much for some

If it comes down to like....15 to 20$ for something like that then I can see people moving away from dialup....

It is too high..BB providers need to learn the lessen that hamburger places learned years ago.lower the price and
gain millions of users. There are many ISP's that now offer
umlimited dialup for $10 or less and they are gaining users..BB needs to get in the $20 range to win these folks over or forget it.
