DSLi → DSLI Bill Adjustment?

Elias or Robert,
Can I deduct my $25 late fee from American Express for not paying my card on time because I didn't get my email telling me my bill was due?

Actually, they removed the late fee as a 1 time courtesy. But it is a hassle to call them and I shouldn't have to deal with this.

I'd like to get a notice when the situation has been resolved. I've changed all my email address from DSLI to hotmail because I don't have confidence that I'll get my DSLI mail consistently.

Looks like this one goes to the billing department.
