'Do Not Call' List Blocked → DNC List Already Implemented and a Success!

Connecticut has already implemented a DNC list. It works great. We went from getting several calls a day, to a few calls a week.

I believe 14 states have DNC lists. A national DNC list seems to be easier for the telemarketers - one place to go, one set of laws to deal with.

Those concerned about the ill effects of a DNC list should just convince people not to sign up rather than forbid having a list.
