It is not unconstitutional because...It is not unconstitutional because we chose to put our names on the list, knowing WHICH types of callers would be banned from calling, and which would not. We ask the government to protect our rights to limit calls from specific types of companies - selective or not, it is our choice to select. The government has the right to protect our right to privacy. By signing up to the list, I choose to allow political / survey / non-profit calls. Telemarketers cannot claim that they have free-speech rights to call me since I allow other types of organizations to do so. It is MY choice.
