Not sure if its Dialup only or dsl only or both. Here's just a little bit about the newlyadded spyware blocker.

Earthlink becoming an AOL replacement?

Sounds like this total access package is the equivalent of AOL 9.0..

yes but only if you use thier "bloatware " total access 2004. Tried it hated it deleted it.

"Spyware Blocker" does not seem to be a very accurate name. According to the Earthlink webpage description, the feature appears to be a spyware scanner - my guess is some type of Ad-aware or Spybot S&D imitation. There is no reference to it having any preventive or blocking ability ...

Well from what I heard is that the Spyware blocker from earthlink doesn't download. Theres always an error in the inst6aller. sorry guys.

Just stick with AdAware, Spybot S&D and SpywareGuard & Blocker.
