<description><![CDATA[Danz posted : My up has been around 350 for as long as long as I can remember but until today, down never got better than 21-2200.  Finally over 3000 down first time today! <description><![CDATA[kba4 posted : sorry dude, been like that for me for over 4 years.  they don't care, they believe anything around 100Kbps minimum is 'acceptable' for uploads.  i get less on average (usually between 50 and 80).  yet, of course somehow my downloads are a steady 3Mbps (was a steady 2 until the increase).  i don't know what to tell you, except that until we demand more from TW, they have no reason to care (or keep the prices down).<br><small>--<br>the USA is a weapon of mass destruction.</small>]]></description>
