Whatever email account sent it, is probably infected itself and the owner doesn't even know it. And the "from:" line is probably not even the sender. You could send the email headers off to abuse@comcast.net, but I wouldn't hold my breath they will do anything.
Only thing you can do is set your email program up with the security and read options set for most secure and have a good anti-virus program.
