I'm glad finally Someone from Golden finally decided to step in.
We would appreciate more feedbacks and answers toward these issues:
1) What give Golden the right to treat their customers DIFFERENTLY ??? All the heavy users are forced inside speed04 which is unusable (worst then dial up), while the rest is happily enjoy their full speed (speed01-speed03). Don't you think that us, the one who being placed in speed04 are feeling being discriminate ?
2) We (ppl on speed04) are being treat differently, because you guys think we are HEAVY USER. Then how about give us a # (such as 20gb, 30gb, etc...) so we can stay under. Or maybe use CAP, don't advertise as UNLIMITED and expect EVERYONE to stay under 5gb/month. Not everyone use the internet only to surf and email
3) How about shut down speed04 (since it's useless), and switch all the people on speed04 to speed01-03. Or limit everyone to 100kb instead of just hammering us on speed04, that's simply no fair and discriminate.
4) We would love to hear some EXPLAINATION (no more lying plz), and an APOLOGY email to all the people in speed04 for what you guys been wrongly done to us for the past 2 weeks
