comments on review of Charter → it depends how far away you are for dsl

if you are under 12000 feet from your c.o. then you will want to switch to dsl but if not then your best bet is charter (but you should bitch and get constant speeds) i get 90-130k/s down ALL THE TIME (I LEAVE IT ON 24/7 DOWNLOADING MOVIES AND IT ALWAYS WORKS)
