Now I'm not one to condone this type of behavior but if you want to teach them a lesson and have broadband, write a program in C/VB to open the advertised website and continually send a bunch of random characters, until you click a stop button. Let it run overnight and they may feel the effects of it. Of course this is if you believe in doing this sort of stuff, not that I condone it.
