[FP] Homes Waiting.

FWIW, I have confirmation from several operators, of homes sitting and waiting for another possible five blades to be hosted.

I will leave it to TPTB to start a fundraiser drive for these blades.

Up to you guys, the offers have been extended.

And I would add my name to the list. I am building my own blades, but I would glady host a foldy.

A foldy blade, or an actual Foldy?

A foldy is generally three to more blades.

I can and would host a foldy. I have a home office with plenty of room, controlled atmosphere, and I don't have a sweat about the electricity costs. And I am running off cable modem, so I have high speed access.

So, that would leave the total at five, plus whatever you were willing to host if the FP voted to let you host Foldy7, or is it 6?

You lost me there. But I can host a foldy, meaning 5 or more blades. I would probably need some short instructions on setting up and running, but I have been in the telecommunications industry for 30 years, so I pick up quickly. And I have several buddies at work who are true blue geeks and would love to help me keep something like this going. I already have 3 computers running in this room, and will hopefully have two more up by the end of March.

OK, then post here which Operators and what they could possbily need. I could see us doing a fund drive after the board elections are complete.

Very good BadHat. Your name is added to the list to of FP members interested in becoming an Operator. A fund drive for Foldy7 won't happen until after the board election.
