Qwest to offer DSL without voice → Do not forget the taxes

"pay 14.95 for a telephone line." what about the $10-15 in
taxes you pay for the voice line. If you do not need a voice
line that a doubles the wasted money. At $15.00 for a 256/128
DSL there is no reason not to have DSL.
