[Help Me] DI-624 h/w B2: Antenna Supported?I have the DI-624 with two antennas. Can you attach one of the aftermarket antennas to increase range? If so, do you remove both factory antennas and connect to only one antenna jack?
Also which antenna would you recommend to improve inside coverage?
Any advise would be appreciated. |

No help yet, so I thought I would bring this one to the top. Has any one used this Radio Shack antenna?

Well... ok, I bought a set. I had one small corner of our house that just didn't get the best signal and thought I'd try them after reading a discussion on usenet.
Signal increase was minimal, but it did the trick for my one far away corner. I saw no improvement when I was closer in.
For two 5.5dbi-gain antennas at $30, I don't think it will break the bank (clearly open for argument). Being able to easily return them was part of my buying decision. If you're in need of a serious signal boost then I'd look elswhere.
fyi... my setup: DI-624, DWL-G650, & Dell Truemobile 1400 (a/b/g mini-PCI) |

Have di 624a here with two antenna's - one of which has a little 6db flat panel, works well. Doesn't seem to matter which side but some say it should go on the side closest the power cord. |
