Perhaps filters or splitters have gone bad? I think it's their standard procedure to lower the speed. Toasty likes lowering your speed before you talking to the other techs so they can't use that option to fix any problems. My signal went down by like 10% for a month or two and then started getting a little bit better again. I'm switching to a closer RT soon so hopfully the signal will be stronger too.
