NBN: Imagine if I would have a business account

Today morning again I can't get through, the service looks like being completely down: no logon or timeouts or something else. What? Still fixing router? Hm...

I wonder do they have at least one business user with them? I doubt, otherwise that business would suffer terribly and go down within a week due to mercy of NBN...:D
That's indeed: you have what you pay. And the last exception has gone too.

already i have been disconnected twice in the last 30minutes straight connections no router, i coudlnt log on with my router last night. maybe it's bell fault?lol.

anyway i would feel a persons pain if they had this service for business. IF it were my business i would go with top internet and known to everyone probably just bell!

Yea great how it works huh? Don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon. Take the word of the NBN support staff with a pinch of salt. In other words, they spew crap; when they say everything will be fixed SOON... SOON means to them about 4~7 weeks... at the least.

This has been proven to be factual ever since the connection and speed problems became too apparent. The first 2 weeks I just shrugged them off... ignorance will only work as a guise for so long, and then you question what you are paying for.

I have no connection to NBN during last 30+ hours at all. That's cool!
