Even when I was with Time Warner, I was unable to test packet loss.

Regarding the ping test C grade.

I'm relatively happy with the 24.........But those weird latency spikes do happen but not very often......It's like everything just OUT of nowhere becomes dial up slow and then *Poof* back to normal...
