I guess if we're going to Zapruder Gary's screenshot to death, might as well point out that SCETV is South Carolina Educational TV, so that grab is from Time Warner. Probably from their dev group or support group as they developed the software in the first place. And it probably really is from 3 years ago and is probably why it looks slightly different in font and spacing than the software rolled out right now.
