Too bad this problem crept up before/during the weekend. I was hoping that the problem, which seemed hardware related, was going to get fixed today, e.g. once everyone was back to work on Monday.
Speeds are up and packet loss is gone, props to Cox for fixing the problem. I agree that more communication on the problem would make things less agonizing. The network status site was pretty come and go.
