My WiFi runs at 144Mbps down, 12Mbps up. I use Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC HDs, a 10-GigE network at home, and my phone supports 802.11ac Wave 2 on a 2x2 radio. That test was done while WiFi was off. Check the IP address in the screenshot for verification. The external IP address is not Spectrum.
Here's a fresh one. Just for you. From a different tower that I happen to be sitting right next to. It's in a FiOS area, and according to my past CellMapper data, this tower is tri-band LTE equipped. Yes I'm on a sector split. And yes if I drive to the next few parking lots over the speeds are still just as bad.
FWIW, my phone has a Qualcomm X16 in it...
