T-Mobile Parent Supports Jajah
VoIP Startup Gets a Boost
Deutsche Telekom AG may not be a familiar name to you, but it’s the German parent company that is partially responsible for making T-mobile a known name. It may do the same for Jajah, a VoIP service that was founded in 2005, since it has recently decided to invest in the company. Jajah will pay reduced fees to connect calls to Deutsche Telekom AG subscribers; for consumers, calls are free between Jajah users and 3 cents per minute for everyone else.

Ditch the Jajah name

It sounds ridiculous and they can better brand it using a spin on the t-mobile name, at least here in the states.

T-OIP (talk over ip! hahaha)

Great...

All we need new is Jar-Jar Binks plugging VOIP. Maybe this is T-Mobile's way of killing off VOIP.

Tried it

But rates are still too high, now I can use calling cards and get half of what they're charging, but free 5 minute conversation across atlantic was nice.
It works by dialing two parties within local calling zones.
