Charter loses home Internet customers

Dear Charter,

Its not rocket science.

Your cheapest internet plan for existing customers is like $80 a month with wifi since they don’t qualify for promotions. Expect to lose even more subscribers after the next price increases when that price goes to maybe $90 or $100 a month.

Practically every other provider has much cheaper options. And now with 5g many people have more options for providers.

If you offered a decent plans available to everybody (not just low income government programs) for like $30 & $50 then you would regain subscribers.

Sincerely,

Someone who doesn’t qualify for government subsidies that dumped your service over a year ago for tmobile because it was much cheaper.

Viasat vs. Starlink

For once I completely agree with Viasat. Starlink should not be given RDOF subsidies. No satellite provider should.
