If Sprint acquires T-Mobile in any way or their leadership is in any way involved with T-Mobile post-merger, I will switch. I hate AT&T and Verizon, but I hate Sprint much more.

T-Mobile has all the leverage this time around. If I was Legere I would simply say - none of what your business interests me except your customers and spectrum. I will pay not a penny over premium for those assets. Every other component of the business will be let go. It's that simple.

All this time Verizon & ATT have despised T-Mobile's disruption, wishing it would go away and die.

Not even they could have imagined the answer was as simple as letting T-Mobile get their own rope...

I'm very worried about T-MO's future. The only possible success i see in this is letting T-MO man the ship. Otherwise...

I was a T-Mobile customer from 2005 to 2011 and have been a restless Sprint customer since 2011. I wound up on Sprint because I was given an iPhone 4S by my employer with the bill paid for by the employer which includes unlimited slow-as-hell data. It made no sense to keep my T-Mobile account so I ported my number over to the iPhone where it remains to this day. I have been planning to go back to T-Mobile when I finally replace that old 4S as I do not wish to through good money on an iPhone tied to Sprint. However, since Sprint has a reputation of turning anything it touches into cr_p, the thought of going to T-Mobile only to be back on Sprint is not appealing to me. As much as Son claims T-Mobile would be in charge, the fact of the matter is, from personal experience, the worst corporate culture and policies from a corporate merger usually prevail. So regardless of whether or not T-Mobile is "put in charge", the culture and people of Sprint will turn T-Mobile into Sprint not Sprint into T-Mobile. Plus with the loss of that fourth competitor, I am sure the new Sprint will start behaving like Verizon and AT&T.

Is there a way to officially express opposition to this merger somewhere?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Oh dear God T-Mobile don't sell yourself​ out to the nation's worst network. What has T-Mobile done to deserve such punishment. Please T-Mobile don't force me to go Verizon or AT&T.

What advantage is there to the consumer? All of Sprint's coverage overlaps T-Mobiles. The only thing that will happen here is less competition and there is way, way to little competition after the mega-mergers allowed by the illegal alien's administration!

Otherwise, I see the mishandling eventually bringing the wireless industry back to the original status quo before T-Mobile shook it up.
