The best prices by far compared to any ISP regardless of contract or not. 500 mb/s for a straight $59.99 and can be cheaper if you do auto-payments (never). Gig/s is also cheaper coming around $80 or so. No hidden fees or anything. I've been paying $59.99 since the contractual period ended and there just is no better.

Problems: If you are an Ohio customer in Cleveland (and Cleveland areas) and Columbus, WOW has been bought out by Atlantic Broadband which is going to be more expensive, feature worse speeds per price bracket and probably be garbage. If you are an Ohio customer that isn't being bought out by AB, then the biggest issue I've experienced is how slow WOW is to recover outages. Customer Support is fine/great, but the outages I've had with WOW have been more than I'd like; due to the ridiculous price though, I can put up with an hour or two of outages once in a while.
